It also has some interesting statistics which helps give insight into why dating is different now from when we were in our 20s. A useful resource for any woman over 40 that finds herself in the dating world.

Comment: This is the basic premise of this book--finding the love and the life you want. It won't be easy, but this book helps to dispell some common misconceptions about the whole thing. I learned a lot, even though I'm not yet 40, so I think this book can work for women of all ages. I also liked and would recommend for those serious about getting married, Dating Sense: The Practical Way to Meet, Date and Marry the Right Person.
